Bill Campbell

Bill Campbell is a New York drummer who works as a sideman across jazz, rock, and songwriter circles. He leads the band BREASTFIST, for which he also sings and writes, releasing its debut "tickly shimmers" in 2012 and following it with "Amuse Deuce" in 2017. Campbell is a member of guitarist Kurt Rosenwinkel's Caipi project, and he anchors bassist Chris Morrissey's longest-running band alongside guitarist Marco Bolfelli and saxophonist Charlotte Greve. His drumming has also supported Bonnie "Prince" Billy, Cass McCombs, Andrew Bird, Chris Thile, and Norah Jones, among others.
