Adam Chilenski

Adam Chilenski is a Brooklyn-based bassist who moves across the New York jazz, rock, and psychedelic scenes on both acoustic and electric bass. Known for a deep, grounded pocket, he has anchored projects led by keyboardist Frank LoCrasto, including the group KOLUMBO, and is a longtime collaborator with pianist Danny Fox. He has also performed with Groove Collective, guitarist Ryan Blotnick, guitarist Will Bernard, and vocalist Vivian Sessoms. His playing shifts easily between straight-ahead jazz settings and more groove- and texture-driven music.
